I'm a third generation urban farmer from Soweto, Johannesburg. In my childhood we grew most of the food we ate at home. This reality, coupled with my passion for farming led me to pursue urban farming as a career and establish Jozi Food Farmer, a company dedicated to promoting the culture of urban farming in South Africa and around the world to increase access to fresh food and reduce carbon footprints.
