In this session, we will look at simple ways you can learn to boost your immune system, manage stress, and help others do the same using Havening Techniques®.

Havening Techniques® is a psychosensory system of de-encoding anxiety, trauma, and stress-related memories permanently. It was developed by Dr Ronald Ruden who made the connection between therapeutic touch and its positive impact on the brain.

By taking a few key concepts from mainstream science Dr. Ruden came up with protocols to assist the release of traumatic memories easily, effectively, and permanently. The name 'Havening' was given to indicate the perceived sense of safety his patients experienced when applying Havening Touch™ (HT).

We will spend time together virtually in Zoom where:-

I will demonstrate how HT can calm the mind and body. We will then learn more about the history of Havening and how it became so popular with celebrities like Justin Bieber.

I will walk you through an 'Event Havening' protocol to clear a specific memory of a time you felt anxious or fearful.

We will share and gain insights from each other of the impact on the original memory before and after applying HT.

At the end of this session, you will have a powerful tool to use in your daily life to help yourself and others feel more in control of stressful situations.

Incredible opportunity to learn a helpful technique. I had never heard of Havening, and thought I would give it a chance..I am so glad I did! I plan on using this frequently. It's a tool you can use forever.

I was curious about this unknown technique and I just wanted to learn something new... But Gine opened a new world for me. Together we could individualize some major points to work on for my personal growth and she gave me some basic tools to deal with them. As it's only one hour, it was just an introduction but Gine could make the most of it and I am sure I will come back to her! Thanks for everything!

This was a life changing experience. I waited a week after my experience to review because I wanted to see how my anxiety and stress levels would change as I put the Havening Techniques into practice over the course of a week. First I must say, not only is Gina warm and welcoming with a gentle nature, she is easy to open up and talk to. I felt very comfortable with her. She taught me one of the Havening Techniques. I felt an immediate decrease in stress and anxiety. It was clear I had disassociated negative emotions linked to that trauma. It was AMAZING! I have tried many different things to deal with anxiety and panic attacks. Some helped a bit but never healed me. This was different. Now when I think back to the trauma we worked on I don't feel anxious or emotional. There are no tears or hands shaking. My heart doesn't even race. This changes my quality of life greatly. If you have trauma or need help dealing with stress, anxiety, panic attacks or even if you just need a way to self soothe please do yourself a favor and book this experience.

The time with Gina was great. She is an experienced and patient Havening practitioner. I went into this experience wanting some ideas on how to manage work/life stress.
