Welcome to online GENTLE MEDITATIVE YOGA and SlowLife coaching.
I’ve designed this experience to help you connect with your body, still your mind and discover how an approach of slowness and present moment awareness can support you as we create new habits and live with the uncertainty of these times.

No experience of meditation or yoga is required and we won’t be doing any strenuous moves! I’ll guide you through breathing techniques and simple exercises alongside a taste of SlowLife Coaching; tools and ideas about how to create an attitude of slowness in daily life. In this moment where many of us are exhausted, sleeping poorly and dealing with anxiety, the benefits of meditative yoga and a slow lifestyle are particularly important.

Such a beautiful experience. I felt so calm, more present and grounded after this experience . Even on the next day i still felt the benefits of this YOGA Class. Highly recommend it !! Im sure i will come back for another class 🙏🌟

I have been practicing slow life and meditation yoga with Sandrine for more than 10 times during the lockdown. With this practice, I can not only learn new wisdom during uncertainties from observing my breath and body movement, but also practice my breathing to cope with my anxiety and stress. It is a life change as I could live on medication free from this practice. Every single time I practice, I could enjoy myself as my own best friend and it has helped me bring back mental strengths and passion, which are important to pass through the pandemic.

I decided to register and join for the session at the last minute. So glad that I gave myself this wonderful gift. Sandrine is amazing. Very welcoming, and a great host. She asked us if we have pain/injuries, and was able to customize the session accordingly. She was warm, friendly and a great teacher. She explained the Slow movement, gave us tips for our everyday activities. After the session, I felt relaxed and calm. Thanks, Sandrine. I would highly recommend it.
