Cosa farete

In this online experience, I start by sharing the story behind how and why I became a Buddhist monk and about my meditation practice. Next, we’ll do two types of meditation together.

First is a chanting mantra for 20 minutes. This type of meditation allows you to go deep into your practice. Next we will do a 10-minute breathing-out meditation. Afterwards, you’ll share your questions and reflections on the practice.

I am also happy to offer other meditations, such as meditation with a candle or mirror, Qigong, Sutra copying, and counting meditation, one of the basic Zen practices.

I've been a Buddhist monk for nearly 20 years. I worked in Shitennoji Temple for 12 years as a monk, doing zen meditation. I have been doing guided meditations for Airbnb guests for five years, welcoming nearly 4,000 guests.

Phenomenal practice! Presently holding onto the calm and enlightenment I felt from this experience. I would recommend this to everyone, but especially those that are experiencing the stress of demanding work and home life. It was fantastic to learn a new way to meditate with an expert and I plan to continue the practice at home. I also really enjoyed being able to connect with someone from Japan while being at home and sharing a meditative experience.

He was so friendly.. I learned a new mantra that was lovely and meditated with others globally 💛 Overall I would have liked a longer session or more meditating and/or mantras. I would do this again.

I really enjoyed the meditation session with Kuniatsu! It was so cool to connect with someone in Japan. I learned a lot from the session and had a great experience meditating. There were things I learned that I will incorporate into my personal meditation practice as well.
