Il tuo host
Hello! I'm professional baker & chef who studied Boulangerie Course in Le Cordon Bleu London & San Francisco Baking Institute. Also studied wine and got WSET3 certification. I was based in London and NYC before, but now I moved back to beautiful home country and start my own cooking class & baking class with my mom in law. My mom in law, Soonja Jeong has lived in Yeosu for a long time, she has her own farm which has stunning sea view. She used to be a housewife, now she is a farmer. She has lots of knowledge of agriculture & cooking. Especially, she is so interested in healthy-eating. She grows lots of organic vegetables & fruits in her farm, and use these home grown veggies for her healthy Korean cooking. She even sells her Kimchi to her neighbors. We both love cooking, and ready to share our enthusiasm with you all.
