Benvenuti alla mia Experience con le mani in pasta. Sono assolutamente convinto di che tutti possiamo fare in casa una buonissima pizza. Quindi, ogni partecipante potrà divertirsi facendo un impasto per pizza. L'obiettivo è quello d'imparare a fare la pizza senza attrezzature professionali. Perciò, cuoceremo le nostre pizze in un normale forno di casa. Vi daró i trucchi necessari per ottenere un pizza fatta con le vostre mani, che sarete orgogliosi di offrire alla vostra famiglia e amici. Imparerete come impastare e come gestire la fermentazione. Vi parlerò di come scegliere, preparare e usare i "toppings". Vi mostrerò la strategia per infornare in modo da ottenere una pizza che sia friabile (crispy) e scioglievole. We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 30 HD edited photos (individual) and 50 (for a couple) by private gallery in 15 days after the session. If you want a photoshoot in another city or location, villa or hotel or a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. I will be happy to talk to you and answer all your questions. Pasta is one of the symbol of Italy and in every Italian house, even mine, is the main course every day. You have eaten pasta many times, sure, but after our course you will cook at home and share with your guests ! Don't you belive it? You are going to live a night in Como as a real local. During the warm seasons, we love to spend nights with our friends, in the woods just outside downtown. After a hard day of work, we meet to enjoy the coolness of the woods watch the sunset from the hills, and end the night tasting some traditional food in a typical "baita" surrounded by trees. These are typical taverns or restaurants of the area (usually reachable only by foot) where you can find simple but authentic food of the local tradition, which is difficult to find downtown. We'd like to share this peculiar ritual with you. We walk, we eat, we drink some wine and we chat; we socialize in the old fashion way... Every local has his own favorite baita, the challenge is to lead your friends in the one they don't know yet. We will walk you on simple paths on the hills surrounding the city center where casual tourists are difficult to meet. These aren't fancy places that you can find on the cover of tourism magazines, these are important places for us, because it's where we spent our childhood and where we still go to chill with our friends and families. Finally, we will visit our favorite baita to enjoy some local delicacies

Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Durante il Boat Party con musica e open bar vi offriremo ottimo Prosecco, avremo a disposizione anche soft drink e acqua. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella e Villa Balbiano, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno. Accompagneremo i nostri ospiti in un tour di 3 ore a bordo di una grande e comoda barca a vela. Partiremo dal porto di Como e navigheremo costeggiando i piccoli villaggi di Cernobbio, Moltrasio, Torno e Blevio. Scopriremo le numerose ville che, con con i loro rigogliosi e curatissimi giardini, si affacciano sul lago. Navigheremo gustandoci il tempo a disposizione ed i luoghi. Racconteremo storie e curiosità che li riguardano fermandoci per ammirare gli angoli più pittoreschi e per degustare un aperitivo a bordo. Stuzzichini e bevande saranno comunque a disposizione dei nostri ospiti in ogni momento. Nella stagione estiva sarà possibile anche fare il bagno. La barca dispone di una comoda scaletta per immergersi e risalire a bordo, di un wc e di una doccia con acqua calda. Chi sceglierà il tour della mattina o del pomeriggio potrà ammirare i luminosi e vivaci colori dei villaggi e della costa mentre chi parteciperà al tour serale vedrà il lago e la città quando si accendono le luci notturne creando una visione di straordinaria bellezza. Con un po' di vento e, per chi lo desidera, sarà anche l'occasione per sperimentare la navigazione a vela. In ogni caso gli ospiti saranno incoraggiati a timonare ed a partecipare alle manovre. Altre cose da tenere a mente: non è indispensabile saper nuotare e, se si farà il bagno, potremo fornirvi tutti gli ausili per il galleggiamento.

We will reach Brunate, the amazing village on the top of the town of Como, during a 7-minute trip on the funicolar railway, which is breathtaking for the view on the town and on the lake of Como! I will tell you about the story of Brunate and give you some interesting suggestions to discover this small but precious paradise! At the top of the mountain we will enjoy an exclusive regional wine tasting. With my passion and knowledge of Italian and local wine and of our territory, I will make you discover the incredible wine, food and cultural richness of the Lake of Como area. We will try 3 different wines produced in Lombardy (a white sparkling wine, a white and a red wine), which perfectly represent the rich terroir of the region. This exclusive wine tasting will be matched with home-made breadsticks and a fine selection of Salumi&Formaggi produced by a very small farm located not far from Brunate, and some typical Italian and local amazing Antipasti which will surprise you! Tutto questo lo faremo in compagnia del nostro fedele compagno Pablo, un piccolo barboncino, che adora giocare, camminare e farsi coccolare. Sarà una passeggiata alla scoperta di Como accompagnata da una seduta di Pet terapy; se anche tu hai un cane, sarà stupendo vedere come anche i nostri due piccoli pelosi faranno amicizia. We will meet in front of the church of Argegno, next to it the access that leads directly to the private dock where the boat is located. As soon as we get on the boat, I will make a quick description of the boat and the safety equipment and then, will happily start the experience. The boat is a proper boat, takes the origins from a traditional and classic boat, which was born from Positano in the Sorrento Peninsula. Its humble sea origins and wood’s sparkle, with which it was created, are an irresistible attraction for lovers of boat tours. Visiting Lake Como on board of a typical Mediterranean boat definitely gives to your tour a touch of authenticity and style.
